ZEE WEB SOL provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content, web design and analytics. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in writing (by proposal, quote or email) before work begins.
Payments
Fees are payable as stated in the agreed proposal or invoice. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Microsoft or Meta is separate from our management fees unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and timely access to websites, ad accounts and analytics
- Make sure any material you supply does not infringe the rights of others
- Review and approve work within reasonable time frames
Results
Search engines, ad platforms and social networks control their own algorithms and policies. While we follow proven, white-hat methods, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs and written content. We keep the right to use our general methods, tools and know-how, and may mention the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information and account access confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services.
Cancellation
Either party may end ongoing monthly services with written notice as set out in the agreed proposal. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZEE WEB SOL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
