Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ZEE WEB SOL (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit zeewebsol.com, contact us or use our digital marketing services. It also explains the rights you have under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA).
Who We Are
ZEE WEB SOL is a digital marketing agency based in Pakistan that works with businesses worldwide. For the personal information described in this policy, ZEE WEB SOL is the data controller. You can reach us about privacy at info@zeewebsol.com.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, website address and any details you include in our contact form, emails, chat messages or calls, such as your goals, budget or target markets.
Information collected automatically
Technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device, approximate location, pages visited, referring website and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below. When you submit our contact form, we also record your IP address and approximate country (worked out from your IP address) with your enquiry, to help prevent spam and understand where enquiries come from.
Information we handle when providing services
When you hire us, we may need access to your website, analytics, Search Console, ad accounts or social media accounts. Any personal data about your customers inside those accounts is processed on your behalf and only for the services you asked for. For that data, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases
We use personal information only for the purposes below. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA), the GDPR requires us to have a legal basis for each purpose:
| Purpose | Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and preparing a consultation or quote | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries |
| Delivering, managing and invoicing the services you order | Performance of a contract |
| Measuring and improving our website with analytics | Your consent where required by law; otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used |
| Protecting our website and forms against spam and abuse | Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure |
| Keeping business, accounting and tax records | Compliance with a legal obligation |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. The main services involved are:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): measures visits, pages viewed and how visitors find the site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC): protects our contact form from spam. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Hosting, security and content delivery providers: keep the site online, fast and protected, and may process technical data such as IP addresses.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Sharing Your Information
We share personal information only:
- with service providers that help us run our website and business, such as hosting, email, analytics and communication providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us;
- with professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where needed;
- when required by law, regulation or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights; and
- with your consent or at your direction.
International Data Transfers
Our team is based in Pakistan, and some of our service providers are located in the United States and other countries. This means your information may be processed outside the UK, the EEA or your own country, in places that may not offer the same level of data protection. When we transfer personal information from the UK or EEA, we take steps to protect it, which may include standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK, or relying on the transfer being necessary to respond to your request or perform our contract with you.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Enquiry details are kept while we respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the length of our working relationship and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our analytics tools. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, such as secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access to accounts and data. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights Under the UK and EU GDPR
If you are in the UK or the EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your information in certain circumstances;
- Restrict or object to our use of your information, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests;
- Data portability: receive information you gave us in a structured, commonly used format and ask us to send it to another organisation;
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that happened before.
To use any of these rights, email info@zeewebsol.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we aim to respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); in the EEA, the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Your Rights Under the CCPA (California Residents)
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses that meet certain thresholds. Whether or not it applies to us, we respect the following rights for California residents and extend them on request to residents of other US states with similar privacy laws.

No sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We have not done so in the last 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your California rights

We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with the information we hold, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
